Unlike modern entry-level Squiers, these late-'90s YN models are famous for having a
full-thickness body (approx. 45mm)

genuine rosewood fretboard
. This makes it an incredibly stable instrument to play as-is, or the perfect "sleeper" platform for a premium modding project, as standard Fender upgrade parts will drop right in.
Condition:
Playability:
The maple neck is straight, comfortable, and plays great. The frets have plenty of life left in them. All electronics, pickups, and switches work exactly as they should.
Cosmetic Wear:
This guitar has been loved and played. It features a small ding on the back of the body and a noticeable paint chip on the bottom horn (please see the detailed photos). These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the structure or sound of the guitar—they give it a great, natural "road-worn" character!
